Impactful Women Association (“IWA”) is a professional women’s networking organization for executives, professionals and entrepreneurs who are interested in networking and
building long-term professional relationships. IWA provides opportunities for thriving like-minded women of all industries to network as colleagues while helping one another advance professionally and personally. The organization is headquartered in New Jersey and their community extends internationally.

IWA was recognized for their significant contribution by the U.S. Department of Labor- Women’s Bureau and the Obama Administration at an exclusive event for the National Dialogue on Workplace Flexibility within 20 months of the organization’s inception.
