Impactful Women Association values its membership. We embrace fairness, inclusiveness, diversity, innovation, and integrity and work to advance IWA’s mission. We are accountable for our operations and committed to excellence and apply this Code of Ethics.

IWA is actively committed to informing its membership community about the code of ethics and its application; evaluating the code regularly, and creating policies and procedures that reflect its values. The Code of Ethics of Impactful Women Association is designed to be used in full effect and updated periodically. IWA will post this information on its website.
